Once the car has been serviced and repaired, the vehicle is tested to ensure safe, reliable and effective workmanship was carried out by Car Service City. As with any large, complex mechanical product, faults may occur which are not picked up during the test drive and therefore only become apparent once.

I am a bit late on this review but I definitely owe them this. I brought my car in there to do some work a couple months ago, and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. Not only that, they left me with a little parting gift as they detailed the car and it was squeaky clean when I got it back! I'd definitely recommend GAR if you need to get some work done.

I brought my brand new car to George after it was scuffed by another vehicle attempting to park. It was a minor scuff and dent to the back side panel. I decided to go ahead with the repairs because George seemed knowledgeable, gave me a fair price, and had good reviews. However, after I picked up my car, although the dent was fixed, he painted the area of the scuff with a different shade of paint in addition to leaving scratches and swirl marks throughout the entire vehicle.George obviously denied any liability to the scratches and swirl marks but was amenable to fix the paint. Second time around, he had my car for longer and noticed he frequently would open up the front trunk, which I thought was odd because that was nowhere near the area that needed to be fixed which is highly suspicious (I can see it on my app). When I went to pick it up the second time around, it was obvious George did not want anything to do with my car anymore and just handed me my keys without addressing anything and left. Additionally, he left my interior a mess with white specs/dust everywhere which I had to clean up on my own.Ultimately George managed to make my brand new car as if it went from 0 miles to 100,000 miles and then through a tornado with all the micro scratches and swirls. I guess I should've known when the price was too good to be true. Go at your own risk.
